"Software" refers to the online software provided by the Licensor to the Licensee. "Licensor" refers to the Gatelog Systems providing the software. "Licensee" refers to the company or individual using the software.

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the duration of the agreement.
8.2. Restrictions
The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. The Licensee shall not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party. The Licensee shall not modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
8.3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Licensor retains all right, title and interest in the Software and any proprietary technology used in connection with the Software.
8.4.Confidentiality
The Licensee shall keep the Software and its user documentation confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party.
8.5.Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The owner of the Live Chat software does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software. This agreement can be modified to fit the specific needs of the Licensor and the Licensee, but should include the essential terms and conditions as described above.
By using the Gatelog Live Chat software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the software.
9. Credits and Payments terms:
Credit points must be manually added to your Gatelog Live Chat account. We will do our best to add them as soon as possible, although it might take few hours before someone on our billing team can process your order. As soon as they are activated, we will notify you by email. After credits are added you will be able to use Gatelog Live Chat product.
How It Works:
1. Make payment manually through RTGS/NEFT Transfer, Google Pay, Money Order, Pay By Cash, PayPal transfer.
2. After made a Payment please submit your transaction details to info@gatelogsystems.com. Don't forget to mention your Name, Mobile & Customer Email ID.
3. Review and approve by billing team.

10. Refund Policy:
For the credits you purchase you will only able to use the credits successfully. Refund of your purchase is not be considered and All payments to GateLog Systems are non-refundable.
11. Final Provision:
By using the Gatelog Live Chat, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
